With over 20 years experience in the kitchen, Matt learned Mexican cooking from the best. From growing up with strong Latin American roots in Indianapolis before heading to culinary school in Chicago, and cooking widely in Mexico. He is the man behind our incredible menu’s at all FHG venues.

Liam, originally from the UK, transitioned from Venue Manager at Little Blackwood to Operations Manager. He has been with Future for 5 years and in that time he has earned Bartender of the Year (2023) and led Little Blackwood to win Bar of the Year at the NZ Hospitality Awards.

Originally from the mid-west USA, Jamie has over 20 years of hospitaliTy and leadership experience. This woman knows how to run an efficient venue that’s for sure. Her sense of humour, charisma and genuine care for everyone that walks through the door at odd saint is second to none

Ellie’s strong Irish roots shine through in her warmth, energy, and a touch of fiery spirit. Her passion for bartending, mezcal, and Tequila is unmatched, bringing creativity and excitement to every drink she crafts behind the bar.

Spoon is the guy behind the epic food that comes out of the Margo’s kitchen and has been with Margo’s since day one. He has a love for metal and rock music, something you might hear coming from the kitchen if the door swings open enough during service.

At the helm of Little Blackwood, Miles sets the standard for exceptional hospitality and seamless service. Originally from Sydney, Miles came across the ditch to hone in his leadership and passion for great cocktails create an inviting atmosphere where every guest feels right at home.
